摘要：当前，我国正在积极地推进经济发展的改革，并且在脱贫攻坚战略完全实现之际，我们还要继续推进经济的发展，确保经济社会稳步向前推进，确保我国最大的发展中国家的国际地位更加的稳固。在这样的发展现状之下，我们在积极地进行社会建设的相关工作，在这些社会建设中，最为重要的便是建筑工程，我国的很多地区都在进行着不同程度的建筑工程项目，而在建筑工程项目之中最为重要的便是施工现场的管理，本文将主要围绕施工现场的管理来展开，从不同的角度分析施工现场的管理工作，并基于此提出一定的优化管理的措施。

Abstract： at present， China is actively promoting the reform of economic development， and at the time of the complete realization of the strategy of poverty alleviation， we should continue to promote economic development， ensure the steady progress of economic and social progress and ensure the more stable international status of the largest developing country in China. Under the current situation of development， we are actively engaged in the related work of social construction. In these social construction， the most important is construction engineering. Many areas of China are carrying out different degree of construction projects， and the most important part of construction projects is the management of construction site. This paper will mainly focus on the management of construction site， The management of construction site is analyzed from different angles， and some measures for optimizing management are put forward.

引言：

在建筑工程项目中，牵扯到的事情和人员都很多，包括项目的负责人、工程师、建筑工人等等，而要做好一个项目工程，便需要将这些相关的人员和与项目有关的事物都要进行一定的管理，这样才能确保这个项目能够顺利的实施并完成。在这些管理的范围内，施工现场的管理是非常重要的，管理者需要协调好各个部门的团结协作，保证大家都能够各司其职，这样才能让施工现场的秩序更加的有条不紊。在实际的施工现场，很多都是比较混乱的，甚至有的人之间互相不认识，导致不能确保是不是该项目的员工，可能会对项目的安全性和保密性产生一定的影响。在实际的建筑項目中，往往管理人员缺乏优秀的管理方案和管理措施，使得项目在进行过程中会受到不同的阻碍，若是想要项目顺利的向前推行，如期按规划的完成项目，便需要管理者认真管理，做好施工现场的管理工作。……
