摘要思政课教师的人格魅力是教师的性格特征、语言魅力、谈吐气质、教学方式、行为方式和思维习惯的集合体，它直接影响着师生关系建构、学生品格培养、课堂教学效果等。因此，应当高度重视高校思政课教师人格魅力培育，培养思政课教师忠贞不渝的政治信仰，塑造思政课教师德高为师的道德人格，提高思政课教师学识水平和理论素养，培养思政课教师谈吐和语言表达能力，培养思政课教师仁爱之心和良好性格。

Strategies for Improving the Personality Charm of Ideological and Political Teachersin Colleges and Universities

AbstractThe personality charm of Ideological and political teachers is the collection of teachers' personality characteristics，language charm，speaking temperament，teaching methods，behavior and thinking habits. It directly affects the construction of teacher-student relationship，the cultivation of students' character and the effect of classroom teaching. Therefore，we should attach great importance to the cultivation of the personality charm of Ideological and political teachers in Colleges and universities，cultivate their loyal political beliefs，shape their moral personality，improve their academic level and theoretical literacy，cultivate their speaking and verbal expression ability and cultivate their benevolence and good character.

人格魅力是个体在言谈举止中散发的文化素养、精神气质、道德修养等，是一种由内而外的育人力量。教师人格魅力是影响学生价值观培育、人格修养的重要因素，习近平总书记多次提出，“老师是学生道德修养的镜子”。[1]思政课是一门以培养学生的道德修养、政治信念和法律意识等为主的课程，在高校思政课教学中价值观塑造、道德人格培养等多居于首要地位，知识教学、技能训练等反而居于次要地位。在这種情况下教师的人格魅力就显得非常重要，如果教师缺乏道德操守和人格魅力，必然会在学生中产生“言传身教”的负面影响，弱化甚至恶化高校思政教育效果。为此，应当深入考察思政课教师的人格魅力培育问题，探索思政教师人格魅力培育的方法思路。

1高校思政课教师人格魅力的理论阐释

1.1基本内涵

人格是涉及多学科、多领域的概念范畴，在心理学、法学、教育学等领域都会用到“人格”这一概念范畴，同时不同学科赋予人格的内涵也有较大差异，在这种情况下我们就应当对人格的范畴进行一个清晰的界定。……
