【摘  要】为了从根本上保证建筑工程能够按照施工计划有序推进，需要从多方面、多维度加大施工环节的监管力度。这也是现阶段建筑投资行业及大多数施工企业所应重点关注的内容。论文结合工程项目管理经验，对当前建筑工程项目中常见的施工进度影响因素展开深入分析。根据实际建筑工程施工中存在的问题与不足分析其根本成因，并在此基础上给出相应的优化和改善对策，通过强化施工环节的监管与控制举措，有的放矢地保证建筑工程的正常施工进度。

【Abstract】In order to fundamentally ensure the orderly progress of construction projects according to the construction plan， it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of construction links from various aspects and dimensions. This is also the focus of the construction investment industry and most construction enterprises at this stage. Combined with the engineering project management experience， this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the common factors influencing the construction progress in the current construction projects. According to the problems and deficiencies existing in the actual construction， this paper analyzes the fundamental causes， and on this basis， gives the corresponding optimization and improvement countermeasures. Through strengthening the supervision and control measures of the construction， the normal construction progress of the construction project can be guaranteed reasonably.

1 引言

改革开放以来，我国的建筑工程管理在持续发展的进程中历经了多次大规模的管理模式创新与变革。而伴随着时代的发展，建筑工程项目的管理效率和覆盖事项也需要适应现代化工程建设的实际需求。为此，建筑施工企业纷纷将“现场就是市场”的工程管理理念根植到自身的企业文化中。通过对建筑项目的施工进度进行全方位的严密监管来保证项目收益，同时帮助塑造建筑企业的良好社会形象与声誉。这也能够为建筑施工企业在激烈的行业竞争环境和市场资源配置战役中争得更好的优势地位。通过强化建筑施工过程的监管手段，保障工程能够按进度如期高水平完成是建筑工程项目各参与方对于自身管理技能运用和资源调度配置的最基本要求。……
