摘  要：教师技能训练课程是培养师范生职业能力的核心课程。师范院校的大多教学技能训练课程注重教学技能的传授而忽略了教师师德的养成教育，关注教学技能的学习而缺乏全方位的实训。文章研究以本校英语教育专业构建的“德技并修、四维赋能”教学技能训练课程为依托，探讨如何通过“课前在线自主学习、课堂协同学习、课后移动拓展学习、课余项目实践学习”四个维度开展教学技能研训，使学生在“教学技能与岗位能力”双重建构的课堂中德技并修，促进师范生的专业技能养成及职业修养的提升，从而培养符合社会需求的“四有”好教师。

Abstract： The teacher skill training course is the core course for cultivating the professional ability of normal students. Most of the teaching skill training courses in normal colleges focus on the teaching of teaching techniques but neglect the cultivation of teachers' morality， focus on the learning of teaching skills but lack of comprehensive practical training. This research is based on the teaching skilltraining course of "Teachers' Ethics Cultivation and Skills Training through Four-Dimensional Empowerment" constructed by the school's English education major， and explores how to carry out the four dimensions of "online self-learning， classroom collaborative learning， mobile development learning， and project practice learning"， which enables students to learn both teachers' ethics and teaching skills with a dual construction of "teaching skills and job abilities"， and promotes the development of professional skills and professional accomplishment of normal students， there by cultivates the "four possesses"good teacher that meet the needs of the society.

一、研究的背景

師范生是未来的教师，不仅要有良好的师德修养，还要有扎实的专业技能，做到德技兼备。他们的师德修养直接决定了其职业的理想信念、价值观及对教学岗位的热爱、教学行为表现等，而他们的教学技能是胜任教学工作的决定因素，同时也是影响教学质量和效果的关键因素。为深入贯彻落实党的十九大精神，造就党和人民满意的高素质专业化教师队伍，近年来教育部采取多项举措，全面提升师范院校人才培养的素质。2018年2月教育部等五部门印发的《教师教育振兴行动计划（2018-2022 年）》中提出师范院校要发挥引领作用，创新教师培养模式，推动实践导向的教师教育……
