摘  要：高质量的生源是高校人才培养的起点，是“双一流”建设的重要基础。从北航江苏招生的实践出发，系统梳理江苏文化教育成果、高中教育及高考方案等方面的情况，比较分析近三年来江苏招生以及北航江苏籍学生培养的数据，横向比较发现江苏籍学生进校后的发展情况，进一步总结提炼高校高中人才培养贯通融合的特性。通过学生及家长问卷调查、中学校长、师生访谈以及相关数据分析等形式，发现江苏招生学生家长满意度低、指标投放及招生录取策略单一、招生工作水平有待提升等问题。站在国家主义的立场，高校和高中都是人才培养的重要环节，阶段不同但是目标相同，结合工作实际以及人才培养需求，提出了构建工作机制、完善工作体系等方面的工作建议。

Abstract： High-quality students are the starting point of talent training in colleges and universities， which is an important foundation for the construction of "Double first-rate". Based on the practice of enrollment in Jiangsu Province of Beihang University， this paper systematically combs the achievements of Jiangsu education， senior high school education and college entrance examination plan， compares and analyzes the data of enrollment in Jiangsu Province and the cultivation of Jiangsu students of Beihang University in the past three years. Through the questionnaire survey of students and their parents， the interviews with middle school principals， teachers and students， and the analysis of relevant data， it is found that the parents' satisfaction degree of students enrolled in Jiangsu is low， the target allocation and admission strategy are single， and the level of enrollment work needs to be improved. From the standpoint of the nationalism， high schools and colleges are all important links in talent training with different stages but the same goals. Combined with the actual work and the needs of talent training， this paper puts forward some suggestions on constructing the working mechanism and perfecting the working system.
