摘  要：基于产出导向教育（OBE）理念，将混凝土与砌体结构设计课程教学目标项目化，实施了线上线下混合教学方法，构建了以项目驱动的全过程、多元化的考核模式。学生在教学过程中通过完成项目目标，形成了知识-能力-素质全面提升的教学格局，全面激发了学生的参与度。结果表明，以项目驱动、线上线下混合教学和全过程、多元化的考核模式有效调动了学生的学习主动性，学生应用能力和实践能力得到很好地锻炼，通过课程的拓展考核，很好地锻炼了学生交流、沟通、协作和应用能力，教学质量得到明显提升。

Abstract： Based on Outcome Based Education（OBE） concept， the teaching objective of concrete and Masonry Structure Design is project-based. A mixed online and offline teaching method is implemented， and a project-driven， whole-process and diversified assessment model is constructed. In the teaching process， students complete the project objectives， forming the teaching pattern of all-round improvement of knowledge， ability and quality， and comprehensively stimulating students' participation.Results showed that project-driven， online teaching and the whole process， diversified evaluation system effectively arouse the students' learning initiative， students' application ability and practice ability to obtain the very good exercise. Through the course of the development assessment， to exercise the student exchanges， communication， coordination and application ability， teaching quality improved obviously.

中國自加入《华盛顿协议》后，教育部正式成立“中国工程教育专业认证协会”（CEEAA），参照国际工程教育认证标准，对我国高校的工程教育专业进行规范化的认证[1]。由于工程教育讲求实效性，因此“产出导向教育”（Outcome Based Education，OBE）成为高等工程教育专业认证的重要理念之一，OBE理念强调“以学生为中心、成果为导向”的教育模式，教学活动要实现由“内容为本”向“学生为本”的根本转变、教育活动由“教师中心”向“学生中心”的转移，目标是学生最后所取得的学习成果，因此要求课程教学目标要明确，教学内容更现实，教学方法更系统，考核方式更灵活[2-5]。

混凝土与砌体结构设计是土木工程专业的一门主干专业课，课程主要内容为梁板结构、单层厂房结构、多层框架结构及砌体结构的设计方法，通过课程的学习让学生掌握混凝土结构和砌体结构设计的基本理论、设计方法与步骤，熟悉混凝土结构与砌体结构的基本构造要求，初步具备结构设计的能力。……
