摘 要：为传承我国传统冰雪运动历史文化，促进冰雪运动的推广与普及，兑现“三亿人上冰雪”承诺，采用文献资料、比较研究等方法，从岩画、诗歌、绘画、游戏、表演及比赛等不同表现形式对我国古代传统冰雪运动进行追溯，探究现代冰雪运动在旧中国的傳入与发展，梳理新中国冰雪运动的发展历程。同时，展望我国冰雪运动的发展趋向：冰雪运动政策法规日臻完善，基础设施建设稳步增强，群众性冰雪运动日渐普及，冰雪运动产业势头良好，冰雪运动竞技水平不断提高。

Abstract： To inherit and develop Chinese traditional winter sports culture， promote the sports on ice and snow， and fulfill the promise of “get 300 million people participate in ice and snow sports”， the article adopts the methods of literature study and comparative study to review the traditional incarnations of ice and snow sports in ancient China from the rock art， poetry， painting， games， performances and competitions. It discusses the introduction and development of modern ice and snow sports in the Old China and makes a comprehensive review on the development of ice and snow sports after the founding of the New China. At the same time， it prospects the development trend of sports on ice and snow in China： the formulation of ice and snow sports policies and regulations improving day by day， infrastructure construction steadily strengthening， mass ice and snow sports getting more and more popular， the sports industry of ice and snow sports developing with a good momentum， and a continuously improving with competitive level for ice and snow sports.

2015年我国新疆阿勒泰地区被国际公认为“人类滑雪的起源地”，2022年第24届冬奥会将在北京举办，这是我国冰雪运动史上最早和最新的记载，也是世界冰雪运动史上最重要的两个中国元素，连接着中国冰雪运动的历史与未来。过去，我国是人类滑雪的起源地;未来，冰雪运动将成为落实全民健身计划，实现体育强国宏伟蓝图的坚实基石。从历史脉络上对我国冰雪运动发展历程进行全面梳理、回顾与展望，有利于国人认识冰雪运动历史、感受冰雪运动文化、参与冰雪活动。

1 传承与发展：古代中国传统冰雪运动的嬗变
