汇聚民族团结正能量：全国民族运动会社会价值及其传承研究

摘 要：汇聚民族团结正能量对于铸牢中华民族共同体意识、促进社会和谐进步、实现中华民族伟大复兴具有重要意义。采用文献资料、数理统计等方法对全国民族运动会的正能量进行表征梳理、价值解读和传承理路探索，认为全国民族运动会的价值与正能量内涵相契合，全国民族运动会具备符合主流意识形态的价值目标性、规模不断扩大的广泛参与性、文化改革创新的发展融合性和共同传承民族记忆的团结进步性。提出通过以政治价值传承为根本、经济价值传承为方向、文化价值传承为核心、体育价值传承为基础，传承全国民族运动会价值，促进持续汇聚民族团结正能量。

Abstract： The aggregation of "positive energy" for national solidarity is of great significance to cultivate the consciousness of the Chinese national community， to promote social harmony and progress， and to realize great rejuvenation for Chinese nation. By methods of literature， and mathematical statistics， this paper analyzed the positive energy of the Chinese National Games from facial examination， valuable interpretation， and exploration of inheritance path， and found that the values of the Chinese National Games are consistent with the connotation of positive energy， which possesses the four following characteristics： the attribute of value and objective consistent with mainstream ideology， the broad participation in gradually expanding scale， the developmental integration of cultural reform and innovation， and the unity and progress of concurrently inheriting national memory. It is proposed to inherit the values of the Chinese National Games and promote the continuous gathering of positive energy with national solidarity by taking the inheritance of political value as the ground， inheritance of economical value as the direction， inheritance of cultural value as the core， and inheritance of sports value as the basis.

中华人民共和国全国少数民族传统体育运动会（以下简称“全国民族运动会”）①前身是1953年在天津举办的“民族形式的体育表演与竞賽大会”，是发展民族传统体育、增强民族团结、弘扬民族文化最重要的承载体[1]。2019年9月在郑州举办的第11届全国民族运动会是党的十九大召开以来，国家举办的第一个大型综合性民族体育赛事。全国民族运动会历经近70年的创新发展，建构极具中国特色的民族体育文化体系，在党和国家民族事务治理及和谐社会构建进程中发挥了重要作用。
“正能量”一词最早起源于物理学，含义为当物体发生变化时，与既定的标准能量相比，比原来产生更多能量的为正能量，比原来产生更少能量的则为负能量[2]。……
