摘 要：通过研究中国共产党以人民为中心的体育价值观，充分认识到中国共产党一经诞生，就把为中国人民谋幸福、为中华民族谋复兴确立为自己的初心使命的深刻含义。尤其是通过深入研究中国共产党一切为了人民的体育价值立场，一切依靠人民的体育价值动力，一切由人民评判的体育价值评价，不仅用党领导中国体育发展的奋斗历程和伟大成就鼓舞斗志、明确方向，用党领导体育发展形成的光荣传统和优良作风坚定信念、凝聚力量，更能用党发展体育事业的实践创造和历史经验启迪智慧、砥砺品格，为亿万人民群众的健康福祉寻找活水源头，为建设体育强国开凿动力源泉，树立起亿万人民对中国共产党的信仰如山、对实现中国梦的信念如铁、对建成体育强国的信心如磐。

Abstract： By studying the people-centered sports values of the Communist Party of China， we fully realize the profound meaning of its original mission of seeking happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation as soon as the Communist Party of China was born. In particular， through in-depth study of the Communist Party of China's stand of all sports values for the people， all sports value power relying on the people and all sports value evaluation judged by the people， we can not only use the struggle course and great achievements of the party's leadership in China's sports development to inspire the fighting spirit and clear the direction， but also use the glorious tradition and fine style formed by the party's leadership in sports development to firm our faith and strengthen our confidence to gather strength. We can use this party's practical creation and historical experience in developing sports to enlighten wisdom and sharpen character， to find the source of living water for the health and well-being of billions of people， to dig the source of driving force for building a sports power， and to build up billions of people's faith in the Communist Party of China， the belief in realizing the Chinese dream， and the confidence in building a sports power.
