摘 要：结合老旧城区改造和城市更新，统筹布局，因地制宜地建设综合管廊系统，对梳理老旧城区错综复杂的地下管线环境以及满足城市居民基本生活需要和改善型生活需求具有重要意义。本文以某中小城市老城区滨河道路缆线管廊设计实践为视角，从管廊选型、地下空间分配到管线综合布局，从处理其与既有桥梁的关系到细节设计，探索老旧城区综合管廊设计方法，为老旧城区地下生命线建设总结经验。

Abstract： Combining the transformation of the old urban area and urban renewal， the overall layout and the construction of a comprehensive pipe gallery system according to local conditions are of great significance to sort out the intricate underground pipeline environment in the old urban area and to meet the basic living needs and improved living needs of urban residents. Taking the design practice of the riverside road cable pipe gallery in a small and medium-sized city as a perspective， from pipe gallery selection， underground space allocation to comprehensive pipeline layout， from handling its relationship with existing bridges to detailed design， this paper explored the design methods of integrated pipe gallery in old urban areas， and summarized experience for the construction of underground lifelines in old urban areas.

综合管廊作为新型城镇化建设的重要地下市政设施，是水、电、气等各类城市工程管线的生命通道。通过多年的建设实践以及诸多城市的试点，综合管廊建设迈向了高质量发展的新阶段，更注重因地制宜，更注重干、支、缆三级管廊系统的布局完善及合理级配，更注重集约利用地下空间，更注重解决“城市病”突出问题，更注重服务韧性城市建设。

近年来，国家陆续颁布了一系列政策文件，科学引导综合管廊建设。2019年，住房和城乡建设部、工业和信息化部、国家广播电视总局和国家能源局联合印发《关于进一步加强城市地下管线建设管理有关工作的通知》（建城〔2019〕100号），通知提出，中小城市和老城区要重点加强布局紧凑、经济合理的缆线管廊建设[1]。2020年，住房和城乡建设部印发《关于加强城市地下市政基础设施建设的指导意见》（建城〔2020〕111号），意见提出，合理布局干线、支线和缆线管廊有机衔接的管廊系统，有序推进综合管廊系统建设[2]。……
