脆-塑性充填裂隙变形模量研究

摘 要:本文使用万能材料试验机,通过轴向压缩的方式,以不同配比的水泥砂浆、石膏、腻子作为充填介质,研究了不同配比和不同材料的非全充填裂隙的变形模量。试验结果表明,变形模量随应力的增大而增大;以水泥砂浆为充填介质的试验中,初始时水泥砂浆配比为1∶7的充填裂隙的变形模量最大,1∶5的次之,1∶3的最小,之后三者逐渐接近;以石膏和腻子为充填介质的试验中,初始时以石膏为充填物的充填裂隙变形模量较大,随后两者变形模量大小逐渐接近。

Abstract: This paper used a universal material testing machine to study the deformation modulus of the non-full-filled fractures of different ratios and different materials by means of axial compression, with cement mortar, gypsum, and putty of different ratios as filling media. The test results showed that the deformation modulus increased with the increase of stress; in the experiment with cement mortar as the filling medium, the initial deformation modulus of the filling fracture with the cement mortar ratio of 1∶7 was the largest, followed by 1∶5, and the smallest of 1∶3, and then the three gradually approached; in the test with gypsum and putty as the filling medium, the deformation modulus of the filling fracture with gypsum as the filling material was relatively large at the beginning, and then the deformation modulus of the two gradually approached.

岩石作为工程中常见的作业对象,因内部含有大量不同尺度的节理、裂隙等缺陷而展现出极其复杂的力学特性,研究这些特性,对人们认识地震过程和指导工程实践有着重要意义[1]。裂隙的破坏性是潜在的,其安全隐患也是人们所不能忽视的。裂隙分为充填裂隙和非充填裂隙两大种,而工程上的裂隙往往被一些杂物所充填。因此,对充填裂隙的研究是非常有必要的。
董晋鹏等[2]指出,无论试样裂隙充填与否,其抗拉强度都受裂隙倾角的影响,随着裂隙倾角的增加,充填与非充填试样的抗拉强度逐渐呈现下降趋势。黄彦华等[3]通过三轴压缩试验得出断续裂隙岩样应力–应变曲线呈现多台阶式软化,部分曲线出现双峰值现象,完整及断续裂隙岩样峰值强度、裂纹损伤阈值和峰值应变均随着围压的增大呈线性增大。……
