单索面混凝土斜拉桥薄壁箱梁超载作用下的扭转损伤性能研究

摘 要:为了研究单索面混凝土斜拉桥薄壁箱梁超载作用下扭转对损伤的影响,本文以临海大桥为工程背景,利用ABAQUS建立混凝土塑性损伤模型,通过逐级加载进行数值模拟仿真。结果显示,正常偏载或均载作用下的单索面混凝土斜拉桥薄壁箱梁都能够正常工作;加载到2.1倍时,偏载情况下开始产生损伤,而均载情况下依旧没有产生损伤;相同倍数荷载情况下,偏载加载造成的损伤度高于均载加载;单索面混凝土斜拉桥薄壁箱梁超载时,扭转对损伤的影响比较大。

Abstract: In order to study the effect of torsion on damage of single-cable plane concrete cable-stayed bridge thin-walled box girder under overloading, this paper took Linhai Bridge as the engineering background, used ABAQUS to establish a concrete plastic damage model, and conducted numerical simulation through gradual loading. The results show that the thin-walled box girder of single-cable plane concrete cable-stayed bridge under normal eccentric load or uniform load can work normally; when loading to 2.1 times, damage begins to occur under partial load, but there is still no damage under uniform load; under the same multiple load, the damage caused by eccentric load is higher than that of uniform load; when the thin-walled box girder of a single-cable plane concrete cable-stayed bridge is overloaded, the torsion has a greater impact on the damage.

單索面混凝土斜拉桥箱梁具备薄壁、翼宽、扁平和单箱多室的特点,斜拉索锚固于主梁中心线上,因而难以给主梁提供抗扭支承,在汽车偏载作用下,主梁的空间扭转效应和扭转抗裂问题十分突出。国内外学者对混凝土箱梁的扭转问题进行了大量的探讨,取得了多项成效显著的理论研究与应用成果[1-5]。由于复合受力状态下单索面混凝土斜拉桥薄壁箱梁扭转问题的复杂性和艰巨性,现有针对薄壁箱梁的研究主要从纯扭、纯弯的角度来考虑箱梁的扭转效应及损伤情况,与处于复合受力状态的单索面混凝土斜拉桥薄壁箱梁的受力环境存在差异,同时单索面混凝土斜拉桥薄壁箱梁复合受力下偏载造成的扭转效应对损伤的影响还有大量值得研究的地方。……
