大跨度上下双室连续刚构渡槽的挂篮施工力学行为分析

摘 要:在黔中水利枢纽工程中,徐家湾渡槽存在中梁段质量大且为上下叠箱的问题。由于菱形挂篮具有外形美观、结构简单、刚度大、自重轻、施工变形小、作业面开阔和移动方便等优点,因此悬臂浇筑段采用菱形挂篮施工工法,并对其挂篮结构、走形模式进行优化设计,分析验算了挂篮行走工况和最不利荷载工况下的变形和稳定性。研究结果表明,这种工法满足施工要求,为相似工程提供了解决方法。

Abstract: In the Qianzhong Water Conservancy Project, the Xujiawan Aqueduct has the problem that the middle beam section is large in mass and is stacked up and down. Because the diamond-shaped hanging basket has the advantages of beautiful appearance, simple structure, large rigidity, light weight, small construction deformation, open working surface and convenient movement, the cantilever pouring section adopts the diamond-shaped hanging basket construction method, the structure and walking mode of the cradle are optimized, and the deformation and stability of the cradle under the traveling conditions and the most unfavorable load conditions are analyzed and checked. The research results show that this construction method meets the construction requirements and provides a solution for similar projects.

黔中水利枢纽工程是中华人民共和国成立以来国家在贵州投入最大的水利枢纽工程。工程任务以灌溉、城市供水为主,兼顾发电等综合利用,并为改善当地生态环境创造条件,开发直接目标是保障黔中地区用水安全,间接目标是保障粮食生产安全并促进区域经济社会可持续发展。工程分两期建设:一期工程包括水源工程、一期输配水工程;二期包括灌区二期、贵阳供水二期、安顺供水工程。黔中水利枢纽工程拟建在长江流域的乌江干流三岔河上,涉及大、中、小型水库91处,即大型1座、中型水库5座、小(1)型23座、小(2)型62座。其中5座水庫承担灌区反调节任务,4座水库承担贵阳供水调节任务。总库容为10.8亿m3,将水引入黔中地区十多个县(市)的49个乡镇,解决这些地区的农业、工业、生活、城市等用水,覆盖面积达4 711 km2。干渠总长为156.5 km,总灌溉面积为43 486.6 hm2,可以解决39.5万人饮水困难的问题。同时,该项目计划修建一座装机容量140.2 MW的坝后式电站,年调水量为7.41亿m3。……
