枕头坝水电站机组黑启动能力验证的试验方法研究

摘 要:作为电力系统安全运行的重要措施之一,黑启动对电网系统故障后的恢复起着至关重要的作用。因此,有必要研究水电站机组黑启动能力验证的试验方法,通过试验验证机组黑启动能力,以保证水电站大坝、厂房、机组等的安全,有序、快速地对电网恢复送电。本文介绍了枕头坝水电站机组参数配置,重点分析了枕头坝电站3号机组黑启动试验方法和步骤。研究结果表明,枕头坝水电站机组具备黑启动能力。

Abstract: As one of the important measures for the safe operation of the power system, black start plays a vital role in the recovery of the power grid system after failure. Therefore, it is necessary to study the test method for verification of the black start capability of hydropower generating units and verify the black start capability of the generating units through tests to ensure the safety of hydropower dams, powerhouses, and generating units, and to restore power to the grid in an orderly and fast manner. This paper introduced the parameter configuration of the Zhentouba Hydropower Station unit, focusing on the analysis of the black start test methods and procedures for Unit 3 of the Zhentouba Hydropower Station. The research results show that the units of the Zhentouba Hydropower Station have black start capability.

枕頭坝水电站为大渡河干流水电29级规划的第22梯级电站,水库正常蓄水位为624.00 m,库容为4 350万m3,其中调节库容为1 450万m3。电站额定水头为29.50 m,装机容量为720 MW,共有4台轴流转桨式机组,单机容量为180 MW,设计年发电量为32.90亿kW·h。机组采用联合单元接线,500 kV开关站采用角型接线,其通过500 kV线路接入上游深溪沟电站开关站,预留一回线路至枕头坝二级电站。目前已建成综合信息化数据平台系统、智能安全帽、钥匙智能管控系统和预警机器人等项目,在确保设备安全稳定运行的基础上,降低了职工在传统运维工作上的时间投入。枕头坝水电站采用“无人值班,少人值守”的工作方式,正在努力加快“智能自主,人机协同”的智慧企业建设。目前,该水电站已成功申报四川电网黑启动辅助服务[1]。
1 试验机组参数
试验机组参数不仅涉及水轮机、发电机、调速器、励磁系统、柴油发电机和计算机监控系统,还包括顶盖与渗漏井启泵水位以及各轴承瓦温报警值,如表1至表7所示。……
