摘 要：随着火灾数量的不断增加，传统的消防监管制度不再满足当今社会的需求。因此，有必要研究基于物联网技术的消防监督管理，创建新的消防监管方式和监管制度。而基于物联网技术设计消防监督管理方法，有助于对消防人员进行定位，建立物联网网格化消防监督管理制度，创建物联网智慧化消防监督管理平台，最终实现物联网消防监督管理平台机制的稳定运行。试验结果表明，该管理方法监管速度更快，监管能力可靠，对消防工作的监督管理效果更好，有效保证我国消防事业的稳步发展。

Abstract： With the continuous increase in the number of fires， the traditional fire control system is no longer suitable for the needs of today's society. Therefore， it is necessary to study the fire supervision and management based on the Internet of Things （IoT） technology， and create a new fire supervision method and supervision system. The design of fire-fighting supervision and management methods based on the loT technology helps to locate firefighters， establish an IoT grid-based fire protection supervision and management system， create an IoT intelligent fire protection supervision and management platform， and finally realize the stable operation of the IoT fire protection supervision and management platform mechanism. The test results show that the management method has faster supervision speed， reliable supervision ability， better supervision and management effect on fire protection work， and effectively guarantees the steady development of China's fire protection industry.

消防本身是一项专业性极强的工作，不仅需要专业理论知识的支撑，还需要进行专业的技能培训，经过考核才能满足社会相关行业的要求[1]。对于消防行业，监督管理是其重要的组成部分，这对其相关工作内容和质量也是一种保障。传统的消防监督管理方法主要由行政方法、监督指导方法、法律管理方法以及经济支撑方法这四部分构成。传统的消防监管方法虽然对现代消防发展发挥一定的积极作用，却还是存在一些不足，如流程复杂、人员管理松动、監管混乱以及制度不明确等，这些问题都会给消防监督管理工作造成很大的影响。

科学严谨的消防监督管理是加强消防系统规范化建设的基础，是公共安全的重要环节。因此，应该建立现代化消防监督管理方法。……
