【摘  要】近年来，社会经济的发展非常快，与此同时市场竞争也愈加激烈。新形势下，企业若想可持续地发展，就需要从管理上抓起，煤炭企业也是如此。政工管理工作则是企业内部管理中非常重要的一项内容，政工管理工作的有效实施，可以有效地增强企业的凝聚力，对企业的长远发展非常有利。新形势下，煤炭企业应该紧随社会发展创新政工管理工作，以此最大化发挥该项工作的价值。论文针对煤炭企业创新政工管理的重要意义进行分析，并提出了具体的创新策略，希望对新形势下煤炭企业的进一步发展有所帮助。

【Abstract】In recent years， the social and economic development is very fast， at the same time， the market competition is also increasingly fierce. Under the new situation， if the enterprise wants to develop sustainably， it needs to grasp from the management， so does the coal enterprise. Political work management is a very important content in the internal management of enterprises. The effective implementation of political work management can effectively enhance the cohesion of enterprises and is very beneficial to the long-term development of enterprises. Under the new situation， coal enterprises should follow social development and innovate political work management， so as to maximize the value of this work. This paper analyzes the significance of political work management innovation in coal enterprises， and puts forward specific innovation strategies， hoping to be helpful to the further development of coal enterprises under the new situation.

1 引言

目前，煤炭企业所处的市场环境越来越复杂，为确保自身的发展可以与社会的发展相适应、不脱节，就需要加强对政工管理方式的创新，只有这样才能够确保政工管理工作的实施符合企业的实际情况，并且可以满足当前企业的发展，充分挖掘企业内部工作人员的潜力，以此增强企业的实力，以此促进煤炭企业的长远发展。

2 煤炭企业创新政工管理的重要意义

2.1 有助于企业内部工作人员之间建立起和谐的关系

煤炭企业内部工作人员一般都比较多，在平时的工作中很容易出现一些小矛盾、小摩擦，导致一些工作人员之间的关系比较紧张，如果煤炭企业不对这一问题引起重视，及时地加以解决，很容易影响企业内部工作人员的凝聚力，从而使得企业的竞争优势越来越差。……
