摘 要：在汽车的行驶过程中，离合器是一个常见故障，汽车离合器故障的诱因非常多，包括装配质量、离合器零件质量、用户操作不规范、离合系统或者整车匹配等。文章分析了汽车离合器的结构与原理，从汽车起步抖动、离合器分离不清、离合器的打滑与烧蚀、离合器异响几个方面探讨汽车离合器的常见故障与解决方法。

Abstract：Clutch is a common fault in the driving process of a car. There are many causes of clutch failure in automobiles， including assembly quality， quality of clutch parts， irregular user operation， clutch system or vehicle matching， etc. The article analyzes the structure and principle of automobile clutch， and discusses the common faults and solutions of automobile clutch from the aspects of automobile start jitter， unclear clutch separation， clutch slip and ablation， and clutch abnormal noise.

离合器是汽车的重点装置，介于发动机、变速器之间，是传递动力、切断动力的部件，由于使用频率较高，离合器常常会出现各类故障，如离合器分离不彻底、离合器异响、离合器发抖以及离合器打滑等，针对不同类型的故障，需要采用针对性的解决方案。

1 汽车离合器的结构与原理

1.1 汽车离合器的结构

最早使用的汽车离合器为盘片式离合器，即多片盘式离合器。在技术的发展下，单片干式摩擦离合器得到了广泛应用，此类离合器有着结构简单、尺寸紧凑、分离彻底、散热性能理想的优势，在结构上也设置了固定措施，让结合更加的平顺，在各类车型中都有广泛应用[1]。离合器结构包括摩擦片总成、盖总成组成，摩擦片总成包括从动片、摩擦衬片、减振弹簧、动盘毂，盖总成包括膜片弹簧、支撑环、传动片、压盘、离合器盖。

1.2 汽车离合器的原理

离合器属于汽车传动系统的组成，能够让汽车平稳的起步，换挡时，可减小齿轮、变速器的冲击，在运行过程中，能够避免荷载过大。为了发挥出……
