摘 要：现代学徒制育人改革最重要的工作是现代学徒制下课程体系的构建。基于此，本文展开了对现代学徒制下的电气自动化技术专业课程体系构建的研究，指出当前情况下高校电气自动化技术专业课程开发存在的问题，并从多方面来促进现代学徒制下电气自动化技术专业课程体系的构建，以达到教学的最终目的，进而提升学生的职业能力和职业素养。

Construction of Course System of Electrical Automation Technology Specialty Based on Modern Apprenticeship

Abstract：The most important work of the modern apprenticeship education reform is the construction of the curriculum system under the modern apprenticeship. Based on this， this article launched a research on the construction of the electrical automation technology professional curriculum system under the modern apprenticeship， pointed out the existing problems in the development of the electrical automation technology professional curriculum in colleges and universities under the current situation， and promoted the electrical automation technology under the modern apprenticeship from many aspects. The construction of professional curriculum system is to achieve the ultimate goal of teaching， and then improves the professional ability and professional quality of students.

1 引言

打破原有的课程体系，对原有的课程组成部分重新组合，并根据相应的岗位需求出发，只有这样，才能从根本上构建现代学徒制下的电气自动化技术专业课程体系，达到学有所用的目的。也就是说将所学内容真正的用在专业上，将学习过程与生产过程相结合，达到学以致用的目的，让学生正能体会“学中用，用中学”。只有课程体系改革有所建树，才能从根本上保证现代电气自动化技术专业人员的培养以及现代学徒制下电气自动化技术专业课程体系的构建。

2 现代学徒制的特点

现代学徒制是将传统的企业中以老带新的学徒模式与现代职业教育模式相结合，实践应用与理论知识充分结合。现代学徒制度的核心是校企深度合作。学校和企业同时为培养适合岗位的专业型人才，制定合作方略，如订单式培养、顶岗实习等。学校和企业利用各自的教育资源各自分工、共同培养，对于企业和学校来说，这种方式有利于彼此克服在培养新人中的教育瓶颈。……
