摘 要：高校的培养模式与企业的需求只有无缝对接，才能培养出企业认可的学生。那么，在这种形式下，高校就必须与企业深度合作，采取有效的方法和手段，对人才培养方法进行探索，对实训室建设进行优化，寻找出最佳的人才培养方法的途径。

Exploration and Thinking about the School-enterprise Joint Construction of Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Research Center Based on the Integration of Production and Education

Abstract：Only when the training mode of universities and the needs of enterprises are seamlessly connected， can the students recognized by enterprises be cultivated. Then， under this form， colleges and universities must cooperate deeply with enterprises， adopt effective methods and means to explore talent training methods， optimize the construction of training rooms， and find the best talent training methods.

《國务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》文件的发出，指明高校院校的发展方向，文中指出“创新发展高等职业教育。专科高等职业院校要密切产学研合作，培养服务区域发展的技术技能人才，重点服务企业特别是中小微企业的技术研发和产品升级，加强社区教育和终身学习服务。探索发展本科层次职业教育。建立以职业需求为导向、以实践能力培养为重点、以产学结合为途径的专业学位研究生培养模式。”

《陕西省现代职业教育体系建设规划（2015-2020年）》提出主要任务之一是“推动产教深度融合。充分发挥行业主管部门和行业组织对职业教育的业务指导作用，明确企业支持校企合作的社会责任，建立健全行业人力资源需求预测和就业状况定期发布制度，形成职业教育与产业体系建设同步规划机制和职业院校与行业对话机制。完善集团化办学制度，支持行业、企业、科研机构、社会组织或职业院校共同组建行业主导型职业教育集团，推动集团内职业院校与企业资源共享，形成校企互利共赢、共生发展的集团化发展机制。根据陕西产业布局，加快陕西职业教育改革试验区建设，促进产教深度融合。……
