摘要：随着我国教育改革的不断深入，培养创新型硕士研究生已成为各高校的首要任务。文章分析总结了目前中药学硕士研究生培养存在的问题，提出从优化课程设置、创新教学方式及实施导师制度构建创新型中药学硕士研究生培养模式，以满足当今社会对中药学硕士研究生的培养要求，为社会培养集科研与创新能力于一身的中药学人才。

Discussion on Training Mode of Innovative Postgraduates in Science of Chinese Materia Medica

Abstract： With the deepening of Chinas educational reform， cultivating innovative postgraduates has become the primary task of colleges and universities. This article analyzed and summarized the shortcomings of the existing postgraduate training of science of Chinese materia medica， and proposed to construct an innovative postgraduate training mode of science of Chinese materia medica from the aspects of optimizing the curriculum， innovating teaching methods and implementing supervisor system， in order to meet the requirements of the current society for the cultivation of postgraduates in science of Chinese materia medica， to cultivate talents of science of Chinese materia medica who are equipped with scientific research and innovation capabilities for the society.

2003年4月7日，国务院颁发并实行以鼓励中西医结合和保护、扶持及发展中医药事业为主要内容的《中华人民共和国中医药条例》[1];2015年通过了继承弘扬中医药并强化政策支持的《中医药法（草案）》[2];2016年12月6日，发布了较全面介绍中医药历史、发展现状等的《中国的中医药》白皮书[3]，体现了我国的中医药制度愈加完善及国家对中医药传承、发展与创新的高度重视。2016年国务院印发《中医药发展战略规划纲要（2016-2030年）》（以下简称《纲要》），把中医药传承、发展与创新提升到国家发展战略的高度[4]。这些举措在加快中医药向世界传播及实现中医药现代化进程的同时亦将中医药的发展推至“黄金时期”。

创新是国家科技进步的源泉，创新型人才是实现创新驱动发展战略目标的关键。……
