摘 要 童书荐读是公共图书馆少儿阅读推广服务的核心内容，为少儿个性化、定制化推荐优质童书，有助于激发少儿乐于阅读、勤于阅读的主观意愿。为对标学习德国公共图书馆童书荐读服务的先进做法，选取德国“起点阅读—阅读的三个里程碑”项目中的十家成员图书馆作为研究样本，对其在童书荐读服务理念、内容、方法等方面的特色实践经验进行标杆分析。结果表明，样本馆通过借助层次化、结构化的童书荐读服务手段，主张推动少儿阅读积极性与阅读综合素养的双向提升，并将阅读资源朝向社会弱势群体家庭少儿倾斜，极大提高了童书荐读服务效能。借鉴这一做法，我国公共图书馆应创建科学规范的童书荐读服务标准，打造分层分类且功能多元的童书荐读服务体系，为特殊儿童提供极具广度、深度与厚度的阅读援助。

Practical Experience and Enlightenment of Childrens Book Recommendation Service in German Public Library

Abstract Recommendation of childrens books is the core content of childrens reading promotion service in public libraries. The personalized and customized recommendation of high-quality childrens books is helpful to stimulate childrens willingness to read. In order to learn from the advanced practice of childrens book recommendation service in German public libraries， this paper selects ten member libraries in Germanys “starting point reading-three milestones of reading” project as research samples， and makes benchmarking analysis on their characteristic practical experience in concept， content and method of childrens book recommendation service. The results show that the sample library advocates to promote the two-way improvement of childrens reading enthusiasm and comprehensive literacy by means of hierarchical and structured childrens book recommendation service， and inclines the reading resources to the children of vulnerable groups， which greatly improves the efficiency of childrens book recommendation service. Using this practice for reference， public libraries in China should establish scientific and standardized service standards for childrens book recommendation， create a hierarchical and multi-functional system for childrens book recommendation， and provide reading assistance with breadth， depth and thickness for special children.

不同年齡段儿童的阅读基础具有较大差异，且其往往很难对海量的童书资源进行有效甄选，这就需要公共图书馆等信息服务机构为其推荐阅读书单，便于其进行独立选书与自主阅读[1]，可以说童书荐读对于培养少儿阅读思维、端正少儿阅读态度与强化少儿阅读能力具有举足轻重的作用。鉴于此，近年来我国公共图书馆逐渐认识到童书荐读服务的必要性与现实性，推出了很多卓有成效、亮点纷呈的少儿书目推荐活动[2]，如国家图……
