摘 要 将图书馆嵌入旅游景区是推动全民阅读和文旅融合发展的一种有益尝试。文章梳理了景区图书馆的发展脉络，论述了景区图书馆机制的特性。但经过全面考察发现，景区图书馆的发展还伴生着各种隐患，需要从主体协调共生、管理监控升级、创意产品打造、复合型人才培养等方面着手改进，才能更好地发挥景区图书馆的时代作用与功能。关键词 景区图书馆 建设特征 伴生隐患 文旅融合

Construction Practice and Promotion Strategy of Scenic Library

Abstract It is a beneficial attempt to promote the development of national reading and cultural tourism integration that the library is embedded in tourist attractions. This paper combs the development context of the scenic spot library， and discusses the characteristics of the scenic spot library mechanism. However， after a comprehensive investigation， it is found that there are various hidden dangers in the development of the scenic spot library， which need to be improved from the aspects of subject coordination and symbiosis， management and monitoring upgrading， creative product building， and compound talent training， so as to better play the role and function of the times of the scenic spot library.

近年来，图书馆界及其主管部门在总分馆制实施、书香社会打造、跨界融合上进行了积极探索。其中，将图书馆、分馆或流通点嵌入旅游景区一直是他们努力的一个方向。经过10年的实践，景区图书馆从零星出现到快速发展，已然成为图书馆跨界发展的重要路径之一。但从相关研究来看，有关景区图书馆的专论还不多见，远远落后于社会实践。2018年，文化和旅游部“宜融则融，能融尽融，以文促旅，以旅彰文”的工作思路为学者们的研究指明了方向。单洪波等学者研究认为，在景区设置图书馆是深化文旅融合、拓展公共服务的有效渠道之一[1]。鄢莹等学者指出，“图书馆+民宿”模式改变了相对单一的旅游状态，创新了文化旅游和賓馆空间重塑的新境界[2]。这些研究指出了景区图书馆建设的必要性，但却没有展开系统论述，对景区图书馆经历了怎样的发展历程，有什么样的特点，发展过程中遇到了哪些问题，如何解决这些问题等都没有进行分析。……
