摘 要 论文基于铜陵职业技术学院图书馆、铜陵市图书馆与铜陵市新华书店三者共处一地，存在资源共享有平台、合作开展阅读推广活动有经验和阅读推广人培育工作有基础等前提条件，以多中心治理理念为指导，通过合理设立培育项目、科学制定培育方案和充分考虑培育工作的困难与对策等手段，探讨前三者与文献资源供应商协同构建高校阅读推广人培育工作机制。

Based on Multi-center Governance Idea， Researching the Training Method of Reading Promoters in University： Taking Tongling Polytechnic as Example

Abstract Tongling Polytechnic Library， Tonling City Library and Xinhua Bookstore of Tongling， are in the same place and have following advantages： sharing the resources， cooperate with each other to promote reading activities and have the foundation to train reading promoters independently. Based on multi-center governance idea， by setting up training item reasonably， making training programme scientifically and considering the difficult and strategy in training process， this essay discusses that the above three should cooperate with document supplier to set up training working system of university reading promoter.

閱读推广人李静博士说：“阅读的推广本质上就是人的推广，只有人被接纳了，阅读推广才会被人接受”[1]。现如今，阅读推广蔚然成风，然而阅读推广人供需矛盾日益突显。相较于公共图书馆，高校及图书馆阅读推广人培育工作现状更是不容乐观，其中阅读推广人数量规模、专业水平和工作意识理念等方面问题日渐突显。所以，培养阅读推广人和建立健全阅读推广人培育机制，将是高校阅读推广工作重要工作之一，也将是阅读推广工作转型升级的突破口和发力点。

1 阅读推广人涵义

多年来，通过阅读推广工作实践发现，活动主体往往是决定活动成效的关键因素。因此，有关阅读推广人的探讨正在成为业界研究的热点和新方向。阅读推广人专业名词概念的提出和研究是阅读推广活动逐步走向成熟的标志之一[2] 。《深圳市阅读推广人管理办法》 《张家港市阅读推广人管理暂行办法》《全民阅读促进条例》  《全民阅读“十三五”时期发展规划》和《烟台市全民阅读促进条例》等文件，都对阅读推广人作出了明确定义。……
