摘 要 当今世界一流大学图书馆的资源建设呈现出了全球化需求、“即时性”趋势、图书馆信息资源枢纽定位和服务成为衡量资源建设的重要指标的现实等趋势。基于此，文章调研分析了世界一流大学图书馆信息资源建设的趋势，在此基础上提出了构建世界级信息资源服务体系，并具体探讨了世界级信息资源服务体系的构成及特点，论述了世界级信息资源服务体系建设的对策，以助力高校“双一流”建设。

Research on the Construction of World-class Information Resource Service System Based on the “Double First-class” Construction

Abstract Today， the world first-class university libraries resource construction present trends of global demand for resource construction， “timeliness” trends， library becoming the information resources hub and service becoming an important indicator to measure resource construction. Based on this， this paper investigates and analyzes the trend of information resources construction in first class university libraries. On this basis， it puts forward the construction of world-class information resources service system， discusses the composition and characteristics of world-class information resources service system in detail， and discusses the countermeasures for the construction of world-class information resources service system， so as to help the “double first-class” construction of universities.

隨着智能技术的快速发展与不断应用，知识管理工作的自动化进程在不断推进，学术交流也呈现出更多对新技术的包容性和更多元化的合作性，新的学术交流、学习生态正在形成。“双一流”工程的启动，为我国高等教育和学术交流注入了新的活力，也提出了新的要求和挑战。工程的5项建设任务，无不要求我国的高等教育要加强与世界一流大学和学术机构的实质性合作，加强国际协同创新，切实提高我国高等教育的国际竞争力和话语权。这就需要大学图书馆站在“世界的肩膀上”，聚焦全球的信息资源，为学校和学科发展提供一流的资源支撑和服务支持，因此构建世界级的信息资源服务体系就成为了“双一流”建设的必然需求。
