摘要：涂装智能化制造系统（MES）作为一种自动控制执行系统是智能工厂构建过程中不可或缺的技术之一，可有效地强化过程管理和控制，达到精细化管理目的。随着涂装生产模式的转变及智能化涂装的推进，使得 MES软件的重要性日益增加。以涂装智能化制造系统软件的应用及功能为基础进行研究，分析涂装 MES系统的整体结构和网络构建方案，对计划排程、智能监控、设备监控等系统功能模块进行了详细阐述，为完善涂装企业数字化设计能力，实现产品和制造过程的标准化和自动化提供参考。

Abstract： As an automatic control execution system， coating intelligent manufacturing system （MES） is one of the indispensable technologies in the construction of intelligent factory. It can effectively strengthen process management and control and achieve the purpose of fine management. With the transformation of coating production mode and the advancement of intelligent coating， the importance of coating intelligent manufacturing system （MES） software is increasing. Based on the application and function of coating intelligent manufacturing system software， the overall structure and network construction scheme of coating MES system were analyzed， and the system functional modules such as planning and scheduling， intelligent monitoring and equipment monitoring were described in detail， which a reference was provided for improving the digital design ability of coating enterprises and realizing the standardization and automation of products and manufacturing process.

0 引言

针对汽车行业、装备制造业、五金制品业等传统行业性的装备涂装生产过程、品质管理及设备管理等需求，利用机器人、工业互联网、云计算、大数据等新技术，构建精准、实时、高效的涂装智能数字化工厂[1-2]，实现生产線上机器、物料、系统、产品、人等参与主体各类要素信息的泛在感知、互联互通、云端汇聚等功能，加快企业生产过程的高效管控、智能分析和科学决策，推动企业智能、高效、优质、低耗、绿色、安全的制造和服务。把先进制造企业的信息化、自动化制造管理模式，使得企业生产与企业实际接轨，提升生产智能化水平。总体目标就是在设备联网+远程数据采集的基础上，实现智能化的生产过程管理与控制，打造适合中国国情的涂装智能数字工厂。……
