【摘  要】景区游客满意度的调查研究对提升景区未来发展和游客满意度格外重要。通过模糊综合评判法，结合问卷调查，论文选取八公山风景区8个游客满意度评价指标为研究对象，构建指标体系，整理数据。计算结果表明：八公山风景区游客满意度处于一般水平，而旅游项目种类、公共厕所数量、景区安全设施、休憩设施数量、游览指引设施是其游客满意度低的重要原因。基于此，论文为提高八公山风景区游客满意度提出了相关建议。

【Abstract】The survey of tourist satisfaction in scenic spots is particularly important to improve the future development of scenic spots and tourist satisfaction. Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method， combined with the questionnaire survey， this paper selects eight tourist satisfaction evaluation indexes of Bagong Mountain Scenic Spot as the research object， constructs the index system， and sorts out the data. The results show that the tourist satisfaction of Bagong Mountain Scenic Spot is at the general level， and the main reasons for the low tourist satisfaction are the types of tourist items， the number of public toilets， the number of safety facilities， the number of rest facilities and the tourist guide facilities. Based on this， the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the tourist satisfaction in Bagong Mountain Scenic Spot.

1 引言

景区是游客进行活动的重要场所，通过对景区的切身体验，游客会建立起一种心理预期和外在感知，而这种体验会形成游客对景区的满意度。研究景区游客满意度情况，对改善景区发展状况、提高游客旅游体验、带动地区旅游经济发展发挥着不可替代的作用[1]。

2 文献综述

通过查阅文献发现国内外学者对景区游客满意度情况进行了相关研究，并取得了不错的成果。Alegre[2]认为要因人而异来提升游客满意度。Suhartanto D， Dean D， Sosianika A等[3]人运用因子分析法得出对食品纪念品的满意度是游客对目的地满意度的关键驱动力。张欢欢以河南省鸡公山风景区为例，利用问卷调查获取数据，采用因子分析法对山地游客满意度进行研究，并就研究结果提出了相关建议[4]。梅骏翔、白洁莹、郑文俊以桂林灵渠景区为例来考察历史文化遗产型景区游客的满意度，并围绕提升游客满意度和实现景区可持续发展提出了若干建议[5]。……
