【摘  要】随着世界电子贸易平台在全球落地开花，我国中小企业势必将掀起新一轮全球贸易浪潮。在中小企业更方便参与全球经济的背景下，对于中小企业财务风险状况的分析就显得极其重要。论文旨在通過企业资本结构、抗风险等分析中小企业财务风险形成的原因，在此基础上，针对财务风险提出相应对策，以期进行积极防范。

【Abstract】With the arrival of the electronic trade platform in the world， China's small and medium-sized enterprises are bound to set off a new round of global trade wave. In the context that small and medium-sized enterprises are more convenient to participate in the global economy， it is extremely important to analyze the financial risk status of small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper aims to analyze the reasons for the formation of financial risks of small and medium-sized enterprises through the enterprise capital structure， anti-risk and so on. On this basis， it puts forward corresponding countermeasures for financial risks， so as to actively prevent them.

1 引言

在“万众创业、大众创新”发展机遇的社会大背景下，中小企业是实现美好愿景的重要载体之一，就增加国民就业机会、促进社会主义市场经济稳步增长、提升社会幸福感等方面，中小企业比其他社会组织具备更有力的影响力，在我国的经济发展和社会进展中扮演着重要的角色。在中小企业更方便参与全球经济的背景下，对于中小企业财务风险状况分析就显得极其重要。

2 中小企业概述

2.1 中小企业的定义

不同的国家对中小企业的定义标准是不同的，我们所讲的中小企业指的是在中国境内依法设立的，企业中从业者、从业时提供的资金规模、经营规模都较小的企业法人或个体户。中小企业在企业的基础设备规模、产品销售规模、人力资源规模等方面与大企业相比都是较小的。此类企业的注册资本通常来源于单个人或少数人，雇佣的员工数和生产量、营业额皆不大，因此体现在运营上，则是由个体直接操持和管理，受外界干涉较少。……
