【摘  要】改革开放以来，我国民营企业异军突起得到了长足发展。随着民营企业的发展壮大，民营企业党组织建设逐步发展了起来。开展民营企业党建工作是中国特色社会主义的必然要求，也是企业健康发展的必然要求。由于某些原因，有些民营企业党组织的组织能力至今仍比较薄弱，仍存在着一些亟待解决的问题。党的十九大报告强调基层党组织建设要“以提升组织力为重点”，突出政治功能。论文就民营企业党组织组织力的现状、存在的问题进行分析，以期找到提升组织力的有效途径。

【Abstract】Since the reform and opening up， China's private enterprises have gained rapid development. With the development and expansion of private enterprises， the Party organization construction of private enterprises has gradually developed. Carry out Party building work in private enterprises is the inevitable requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the healthy development of enterprises. Due to some reasons， the organizational ability of some private enterprise Party organizations is still relatively weak， there are still some problems to be solved. The report of the 19th CPC National Congress stressed that the building of grassroots Party organizations should "focus on improving organizational capacity" and give prominence to their political functions. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the Party organization's organizational capacity in private enterprises， so as to find effective ways to improve the organizational capacity.

1 引言

改革开放特别是党的十八大以来，我国的民营经济和中小企业得到了快速发展，已经成为国民经济和社会发展的生力军和主力军。同时，民营经济和中小企业具有“56789”特征，成为了扩大就业、改善民生、促进创业创新的重要力量。随着民营经济和中小企业的快速发展，民营企业党组织建设逐步发展了起来。开展民营企业党组织建设是民营企业发展的必经之路，也是中国特色社会主义的必然要求。做好民营企业党建工作，抓好民营企业党组织能力的提升，是确保企业创新管理方法、打造和谐劳资关系、保证党在企业发展中的领导作用的重要手段，有利于企业发展和社会进步，有利于中国特色社会主义建设，有利于实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标，进而实现中华民族的伟大复兴。……
