摘要：随着高校信息化水平的不断提升，构建高校智慧校园成为高校信息服务的主要工作内容。本文先介绍了智慧校园的基本概念和特征，然后设计智慧校园的整体框架，最后给出了智慧校园建设的主要内容，即基础设施平台、业务服务平台、数据中心平台和应用服务平台。

Exploration on the Construction of Smart Campus in Colleges and Universities

Abstract： With the continuous improvement of the informatization level of colleges and universities， the construction of smart campuses in colleges and universities has become the main content of college information services. This article first introduces the basic concepts and characteristics of the smart campus， then designs the overall framework of the smart campus， and finally gives the main content of the smart campus construction， namely the infrastructure platform， business service platform， data center platform and application service platform.

隨着互联网技术的快速发展，高校纷纷探索教育和信息化的深度融合，智慧校园建设成为高校信息化的主要方向。智慧校园实现了线上和线下、理论和实践、校园和社会不同教学模式的创新融合，因此高校应充分利用大数据、云计算等技术，构建适合自身发展的智慧校园，为学生提供精细化的教育和生活服务，提高高校信息化发展水平。

1 智慧校园概述

智慧校园是数字校园的进一步提升，是教育信息化的高级形态。2018年，国家市场监督管理总局国家标准化管理委员会发布的《智慧校园总体框架》（GB/T36342-2018）给出了智慧校园的定义，即智慧校园是“物理空间和信息空间的有机衔接，使任何人、任何时间、任何地点都能便捷地获取资源和服务”[1]。

智慧校园依托大数据、云计算、物联网、移动互联等信息手段，全面感知整个校园硬件环境，收集挖掘各业务系统的数据，识别在校师生的学习、工作环境中的特征，提供开放舒适的教育教学环境，改变师生的交互方式，实现以人为本的个性化教学和管理服务[2]。……
