摘要：生活垃圾有效分类直接关系到城市形象、居民身心健康以及社会经济的可持续发展。本文引入问卷调查的形式对浙江省X社区生活垃圾分类现状进行统计分析，得出该社区存在“宣传力度不够”“居民回收意识薄弱”“回收知识缺乏”等困境，最后从加大宣传力度和引入多主体协同治理等方面给出对策建议。

Research on the Current Status， Dilemma and Promotion Tactics of Urban Community Waste Sorting

Abstract： The effective sorting of domestic waste is directly related to the image of the city， the physical and mental health of residents and the sustainable development of social economy. This paper introduces the questionnaire survey to analyze the current status of domestic waste sorting in X community of Zhejiang Province， and concludes that there are some dilemmas in this community， such as "insufficient publicity"， "weak residents' awareness of recycling" and "lack of recycling knowledge". Finally， countermeasures and suggestions are given from the aspects of increasing publicity and introducing multi-agent collaborative governance.

黨的十九届五中全会明确指出：强行推行垃圾分类和减量化、资源化，加快构建废旧物资循环利用体系，体现了对垃圾处理所处新阶段、面临新任务的准确判断，事关我国13亿多人生活环境改善。现有关于社区垃圾分类的研究成果较多，代表性研究成果为：文献[1]以全国重点城市垃圾分类政策为例，发现相比于政务微博和媒体微博账号，意见领袖账号在政策传播过程中受众面更广，活跃度更高;文献[2]构建垃圾分类处理指标体系，引入层次分析法提取影响分类质量的关键因素;文献[3]针对西安市生活垃圾分类面临的困境，指出应广泛联合政府、市场、非政府组织和个人力量协同完成;文献[4]将蚁群算法和混沌电磁场优化算法相结合，对垃圾分类收运路径问题进行优化;文献[5]以浙江六池村生活垃圾分类作为典型案例，探讨“熟人”视域下生活垃圾分类的社会逻辑;文献[6]设计了一个23层卷积神经网络……
