【摘  要】在乡村治理和农村经济发展过程中，乡村档案工作是社会主义新农村档案建设工作的重要内容，同时也是国家基层治理工作的重要组成部分，对乡村振兴有重要的意义，有利于促进农村地区的经济发展和政治、文化发展。乡村档案的真实性和完整性是乡村振兴的基本前提，论文对乡镇档案工作在乡村振兴中的地位及作用进行探究和分析。

【Abstract】In the process of rural governance and rural economic development， rural archive work is an important content of the construction of socialist new rural archives， but also an important part of the national grass-roots governance work， has important significance for rural revitalization，  and is conducive to promoting the economic development and political， cultural development of rural areas. The authenticity and integrity of rural archives are the basic premise of rural revitalization. This paper explores and analyzes the status and function of archives work in towns and villages in the rural revitalization.

1 引言

在党的十九大报告中，习近平总书记提出了乡村振兴战略，致力于乡村脱贫，乡镇档案真实的记录了农民问题，并对社会主义新农村的经济发展问题及发展轨迹客观、真实的反映出来，加强乡镇档案建设，有利于及时解决农村基层治理工作中的问题，切实的保障了农民的合法权益，推动农业现代化发展，实现乡村振兴战略发展目标[1]。为此对乡镇档案工作在乡村振兴中的地位及作用探讨具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。下文就从乡村振兴视角下对乡镇档案工作展开分析和阐述。

2 乡村振兴视角下乡镇档案工作意义

近年来为了对乡镇档案管理工作进行进一步的规范，国家档案局及农业部颁布了关于乡村档案管理工作办法，为乡镇档案工作提供科学的指导和制度依据，在社会主义新农村建设中，乡镇档案工作是国家基层治理工作重要组成部分，对于乡村经济发展、政治和文化发展都具有积极的影响和重要作用。……
