【摘  要】从国际贸易理论出现的背景进行分析，其主要受到了国际贸易实践活动的影响。在经济全球化的背景下，各个国家加强了和外界的沟通和联系。其会根据国家所制定的经济发展规划，结合整个经济发展态势，开展相关对外经济贸易活动。从其影响来看，这种经济发展模式的出现和形成，有效加强了国家之间的经济往来和贸易交流，对其文化的传播、国家地位的稳定性增长和世界经济的平稳发展都产生了积极的推动作用。

【Abstract】From the background of the emergence of international trade theory， it is mainly influenced by international trade practices. In the context of economic globalization， countries have strengthened communication and contacts with the outside world. It will carry out relevant foreign economic and trade activities in accordance with the economic development plan formulated by the state and in combination with the overall economic development trend. From the perspective of its influence， the emergence and formation of this economic development mode effectively strengthened the economic and trade exchanges between countries， and played a positive role in promoting the spread of their culture， the stable growth of national status and the steady development of the world economy.

1 引言

两千多年前，在欧亚大陆开通以后，我国便增强了和其他亚欧非等国家之间的经济贸易往来。在多年的发展中，已经形成了广为人知的“丝绸之路”。在此背景下，专家学者在进行了深度研究之后，为了进一步扩大国际贸易所获得的经济效益，根据实践中取得的经验，提出了国际贸易理论。从其影响来看，该理论的有效运用可以针对性解释国际贸易所产生的原因、贸易流向以及贸易利益分配等相关性问题。自改革开放以来，我国经济发展形态又出现了新变化。若想进一步提升国际贸易经济水平，则需要站在新时代背景下，从经济发展整体规划的角度出发，对其进行全方位、多角度思考，调整经济发展中所出现的各种不足和相关性问题，从而更好的提升我国经济发展水平和国际地位。由此可见：研究国际贸易理论视角下的“一带一路”发展规划具有积极的社会意义。……
