【摘  要】随着社会经济的发展，网络购物已经成为当今时代非常常见的购物方式。信息化时代的到来为我国企业物流管理行业带来了很大的机遇。为满足物流企业发展的需求，加快运输速度，提升客户的满意度，需要加强我国企业物流管理信息化建设。结合物流信息化管理方式，构建物流信息管理体系。通过物流行业的信息化，完成企业物流管理工作的创新。论文以我国企业物流管理信息化问题以及解决措施为主要研究内容展开。

【Abstract】With the development of social economy， online shopping has become a very common way of shopping in today's era. The advent of the informatization age has brought great opportunities to the logistics management industry of Chinese enterprises. In order to meet the needs of the development of logistics enterprises， accelerate the speed of transportation and improve customer satisfaction， it is necessary to strengthen the construction of logistics management informatization in Chinese enterprises. The logistics information management system should be constructed according to the logistics informatization management mode. Through the informatization of logistics industry， the innovation of enterprise logistics management can be completed. This paper focuses on the problems and solutions of logistics management informatization in Chinese enterprises.

1 引言

在现代化经济发展的背景下，我国物流企业也逐渐壮大。对于我国企业物流管理工作而言，加强信息化建设能够解决很多传统物流管理存在的隐患，全面提升物流管理效率。在信息化物流管理模式下，能够有效的降低人工成本，提升管理工作的质量，从而使企业物流管理达到相对理想化的状态。这是每个企业物流管理工作的革新方向，也是企业所面临的挑战。

2 我国企业物流管理的特点

2.1 信息化的特点

随着互联网的发展使得物流管理也逐渐信息化，推动了企业物流管理的发展。同时，随着国内各个企业之间竞争力不断增强，也给企业物流管理工作带来很大的挑战。因此，为能实现企业物流管理信息化的发展，企业需要紧跟信息时代发展的脚步，运用信息技术收集、储存、分析等功能，使用更为先进的计算技术以及网络数据库等，为客户提供更为完善的企业物流管理工作信息，从而有效的提升企业物流管理工作的水平和质量。……
