【摘    要】随着我国社会经济的不断发展，社会文明的建设也在步步推进，法治素养的培育在教育发展中的地位越来越高，基于政治学科法治素养培育的学生可持续发展问题也变得越来越重要。本文结合新时代发展的趋势和新时代对高中思政课教学提出新的课题，了解学生学习的基本情况，分析学生的学习能力和学习潜力，基于法治素养培育的高中政治课教学方式展开探讨。希望能够在优化教学模式、提高政治教学质量的同时，提高教师和学生的法治素养，帮助学生实现全面发展，成为对国家、对社会有用的人才。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of my countrys social economy， the construction of social civilization is also advancing step by step. The cultivation of legal literacy is playing an increasingly important role in the development of education， and the issue of students sustainable development based on the cultivation of political disciplines legal literacy has become more and more important. It's getting more important. This article combines the development trend of the new era and the new era to propose new topics for the teaching of ideological and political courses in high schools， understand the basic situation of students' learning， analyze the learning ability and learning potential of students， and discuss the teaching methods of high school politics courses based on the cultivation of the rule of law. It is hoped that while optimizing the teaching mode and improving the quality of political teaching， it also improves the legal literacy of teachers and students， and helps students achieve all-round development and become talents that are useful to the country and society.

一、樹立正确的教育价值观

教学改革推进法治素养培育工作的落实，思政课教师应该不断提高自身的法治素养，树立铸魂育人的教育思想，用灵魂影响灵魂，给学生以优秀的榜样示范。同时在思政课教学中还应有意识地培养学生的法治意识和法治思维，培养学生的法治素养和爱国情感，进一步促进社会主义和谐社会的构建。高中生正处在人生拔节孕穗的关键时期，思政课教师要重点强化社会主流意识形态，提高学生分辨是非的能力。比如，在课堂中教师可以紧扣教材的案例引导学生进行思考，让学生通过合作探究认识到这些行为与主流价值观的差距，通过将正面案例和反面案例进行对比来强化学生对社会主义核心价值观的认同感。……
