【摘    要】现阶段社会各界对小学教育重视程度不断提升，班主任与学生之间关系也受到高度关注，但是部分小学班主任教师对于师生关系认识程度较为浅薄，始终抱有传统的“尊师重道”的关系理念，认为班主任一定要拥有较强“气场”，能够让学生产生畏惧心理，而学生对这种班主任永远“敬而远之”。为了改变这一教育现状，笔者结合自身班主任教学经验，浅议小学班主任与学生和谐关系的构建路径，提出具有建设意义的优化方法。

The Path to Construct the Harmonious Relationship between Primary School Teachers and Students

【Abstract】At this stage， all sectors of society are paying more and more attention to primary school education， and the relationship between head teachers and students is also receiving high attention. However， some primary school head teachers have a relatively shallow understanding of the relationship between teachers and students， and always have the traditional relationship of "respecting teachers and values" the philosophy is that the head teacher must have a strong "aura" to make the students fearful， and the students will always "keep a distance" from such a head teacher. In order to change this educational status quo， the author combines the teaching experience of the teacher in charge of his own， discusses the construction path of the harmonious relationship between the teacher in charge of the elementary school and the students， and proposes a constructive optimization method.

一、小学班主任与学生之间关系发展存在的问题

（一）班主任教育理念落后

在我国小学教育体制中，学生学习成绩是教师审核学生品质的唯一标准，这导致班級学习较差的学生在班级里难以吸引教师注意力，师生之间有着很大间隙。小学班主任若只依靠学生学习成绩作为学生评价唯一标准，难以让学生德、智、体、美、劳综合发展。部分教师会将更多的教学资源分给学习成绩较好的学生，学习较差的学生在班级中受到的学习待遇和教师关怀都较为一般，难以激发学生学习兴趣，无法让学生发挥出自身优势，表现得越来越差。例如，某个学习较好的学生在板报绘画过程中画出的作品十分优秀，而学习成绩一般的学生绘画作品较为一般，这时教师就会用大量的赞美性词汇去褒奖、鼓励、支持学习成绩较好的学生，而对于绘画作品较为一般且学习不好的学生只是进行敷衍性的鼓励，更有的班主任会批评学生“学习一般，画画不能更加努力吗？……
