【摘  要】随着建筑行业的快速发展，工匠型建筑人才短缺问题日益突出。如何培养出满足社会发展需求的工匠型建筑人才成为建筑企业转型升级的关键。论文以建筑企业工匠人才培养现状作为切入点，分析建筑企业人才培养目标，提出适合建筑行业发展的建筑企业工匠人才培养的路径。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of the construction industry， the shortage of skilled craftsmen has become increasingly prominent. How to cultivate craftsman-type architectural talents to meet the needs of social development has become the key to the transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises. In this paper， the current situation of craftsman talent training in construction enterprises is taken as the breakthrough point， the training objectives of construction enterprises are analyzed， and the paths of craftsman talent training in construction enterprises that are suitable for the development of construction industry are put forward.

1 引言

2020年住房和城乡建设部等部门发布《关于加快培育新时代建筑产业工人队伍的指导意见》，明确提出要鼓励建设建筑工人培育基地，加快自有建筑工人队伍建设。随着我国建筑行业的快速发展，尤其是新基建战略的实施对建筑人员综合能力提出更高要求，培育工匠型人才成为推动建筑企业高质量发展的关键。我们要清晰地看到建筑企业工人队伍仍存在老龄化现象突出、技能素质低以及信息化技能不完善等问题。因此，建筑企业必须要加快工匠型人才培养，以此适应社会发展需求。

2 建筑企业工匠人才培养现状

建筑业是国民经济发展的重要支柱产业，随着我国新基建战略的深入实施，对建筑人才的要求越来越高。据国家统计局《2019年农民工监测调查报告》显示，全国从事建筑业的农民工有5437万人，占全国农民工的近五分之一。在城镇化建设加快及建筑行业供给侧结构性改革背景下，单纯靠“低技术、低成本”模式难以满足建筑行业发展要求。……
