【摘  要】大数据技术在政务工作的应用能够带来革命性的发展动力。行政机关财务管理工作要想能够提升管理效能，就必然需要相关信息系统以及技术的变革和应用。因此，大数据环境下行政机关财务管理信息系统的应用能够通过数据和信息的实时收集、检测和管理、分析和应用等环节，实现对行政机关内部以及外部各个部门岗位和上下链相关组织的业务状态的监督，从而能够及时发现问题、解决问题，提升财务管理的效能。

【Abstract】The application of big data technology in government affairs can bring revolutionary development power. If the administrative organs want to improve the management efficiency of financial management， it is necessary to reform and apply the relevant information system and technology. Therefore， under the big data environment， the application of the financial management information system of the administrative organs can realize the supervision of the business status of the internal and external departments and related organizations of the administrative organs through the real-time collection， detection and management， analysis and application of data and information， so as to find and solve problems in time and improve the efficiency of financial management.

1 引言

行政机关作为社会公共服务的提供者和社会的服务者、调控者，也需要通过调动各种资源，尤其是资金资源来完成公共服务管理目标。随着大数据信息时代的来临，财务管理信息系统的应用能够为行政机关内部的财务工作和其他业务工作带来翻天覆地的革新和发展，具有划时代的应用价值。

2 大数据环境下行政机关财务管理信息系统应用的意义

任何组织内部的业務发展和管理都可以通过资金流的数量以及流向来进行管理和控制。因此，大数据技术作为目前最先进的信息加工技术，能够通过数据和信息的实时收集、检测和管理、分析和应用等环节，实现对行政机关内部以及外部各个部门岗位和上下链相关组织的业务状态的监督，从而能够及时发现问题、解决问题，提升财务管理的效能。……
