摘 要：百香果产业作为广西脱贫攻坚战的重点扶持项目之一，借助 “互联网+”政策的东风将百香果产业与电商结合，逐步实现百香果线上线下互通产业模式，带动广西百香果产业发展。但是随着百香果产业的发展，种植品种单一、种苗市场混乱、种植管理技术落后、加工水平低下、营销模式落后等产业问题日益凸显，严重影响广西百香果产业的健康发展。本文通过实地调研、市场调研、调查问卷以及网络收数据检索等方法，综合分析了广西百香果产业各阶段发展现状。结果显示，广西百香果产业中存在缺乏专业种苗公司、种植管理水平差、消费理念冲突及加工水平有待提高等问题。针对上述问题笔者提出以下3点建议：1. 重视研发自主品种，建立专业种苗机构;2. 充分发挥政府导向作用，健全农企合作机制;3. 开发深加工产品，打造特色百香果产业品牌。

Research on Development of Guangxis Passion Fruit Industry from the Perspective of Industrial Chain

Abstract： As one of Guangxis key supported projects of poverty alleviation， the passion fruit industry is facing good development prospect. With the aids of “internet+”policy and e-commerce， Guangxis passion fruit industry has been promoted through online and offline interworking mode. However， the problems such as single planting varieties， chaotic seed and seedling market， backward planting management， low processing level and backward marketing mode are increasingly prominent，having seriously obstructed the development of Guangxis passion fruit industry. This article comprehensively analyzes the status quo of Guangxis passion fruit industry by on-the-spot investigation， market survey， questionnaires， and network data. The results suggest that lack of professional seedling company and innovative products， poor management， consumption idea conflict and backward processing level are main problems existing in Guangxis passion fruit industry. In view of the above problems， the authors put forward the following three suggestions： 1. Pay more attention to the research and development of excellent varieties and establish professional seedling institutions; 2. Give full play to the government guidance and improve the agro-enterprise cooperation mechanism; 3. Develop deep processing products and build characteristic industrial brand of passion fruit.

百香果（Passiflora edulis）又叫西番蓮、鸡蛋果，享有“果汁之王”的美誉。近年，百香果产业作为广西脱贫攻坚战的重点扶持项目之一，借助 “互联网+”政策的东风将百香果产业与电商结合，广西的百香果线上线下互通产业模式逐渐成型，广西百香果产业具有良好的发展前景。据悉世界范围内发现西番莲属种质超过450种，可供食用60余种，其中只有6种用作商业栽培种植，分别为：紫果百香果（P. edulis）、黄百香果（P. edulis f. fla-vicarpa）、甜西番莲（P. ligularis）、樟叶西番莲（P.lauriofolia）、大西番莲（P. quadrangularis）和香蕉西番莲（P. mollissima）[1]。……
