防控烟草病毒病制剂的研发与应用

摘 要:采用浸泡消毒法、噴雾消毒法和熏蒸消毒法进行防控TMV、CMV的测试,采用抗原破坏性检测法来评价8种制剂的防控效果;采用枯斑测定法,进一步开发出对TMV、CMV的防控效果好的制剂。结果发现消毒剂GDCLO2(500 mg/L)对TMV、CMV的抗原破坏效果均为100%;复合酚(消毒灵)(2%)消毒液对CMV的抗原破坏效果为100%,对TMV的抗原破坏也有较强的效果;永洁康牌消毒粉Ⅱ(100 mg/L)、聚维酮碘溶液(400 mg/L)、2%戊二醛消毒液和三氯异氰尿酸钠粉(800 mg/L)对CMV有良好的抗原破坏效果。消毒剂GDCLO2可以完全杀灭TMV、CMV,其防控效果优于烟草苗棚常用的次氯酸钠溶液、复合型过氧乙酸消毒液、高锰酸钾和福尔马林。在国内外首次建立应用消毒剂GDCLO2培育无毒烟苗的操作规程,并在广东省所有烟区推广应用3年,累计推广应用面积达到34400 hm2,应用效果明显,全省烟区没有病毒病发生流行。本项目研发出来的GDCLO2消毒制剂,能够较好防控TMV、CMV。使用消毒剂GDCLO2培育无毒烟苗的操作规程已经在广东省所有烟区推广应用。

Development and Application of Preparation for Tobacco Virus Disease Control

Abstract: Eight preparations were used to control TMV and CMV by soaking, spray and fumigation disinfection method,and the control effects were evaluated by antigen detection method. The lesion test was used to further develop more effective drugs to control TMV and CMV. Results showed that GDCLO2 (500 mg/ L) had 100% antigen destructive effect on TMV and CMV; 2% compound phenol had 100% antigen destructive effect on CMV, and also had stronger effect on TMV. Yongjiekang disinfectant II (100 mg/ L), polyvidone iodine solution (400 mg/ L), 2% glutaraldehyde disinfectant and trichloroisocyanurate powder (800 mg/ L) had good antigen destructive effect on CMV. GDCLO2 could completely kill TMV and CMV, and its control effect was better than that of sodium hypochlorite, composite peroxyacetic acid, potassium permanganate and formalin. The technical process of using GDCLO2 to cultivate non-toxic tobacco seedlings was first established in the world, and has been popularized and applied in all tobacco areas in Guangdong Province for three years, with a cumulative application area of 34400 hm2 and obvious application effect, and no viral disease occurred during the promotion period.

烟草病毒病是我国烟草生产上的重要病害,每年造成重大经济损失 [1]。侵染烟草的病毒主要有烟草花叶病毒(Tobacco mosaic virus, TMV)、黄瓜花叶病毒(Cucumber mosaic virus,CMV)和马铃薯Y病毒(Potato virus Y,PVY)[2] 等,其中TMV和CMV是烟草苗期最常见病毒。烟草无毒苗生产过程中,烟苗病毒的主要来源是带毒漂盘、剪叶工具及育苗人员的双手等,病毒可通过修剪、间苗等操作进行传播[3-6]。在苗期减少毒源、切断病毒传播途径是烟草病毒病综合防控措施中最重要的一环[5]。……
