摘 要 目的：观察重组BFGF凝胶在宫颈LEEP术后创面修复中的临床应用效果。方法：选取78例宫颈柱状上皮异位的患者，按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各39例。LEEP术后对照组给予云南白药涂抹治疗，研究组给予重组BFGF凝胶涂抹治疗。比较两组的创面愈合时间、阴道流液、血流量及持续时间。结果：研究组的创面愈合时间短于对照组；阴道流液、血流量少于对照组；持续时间短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：重组BFGF凝胶在宫颈LEEP术后创面修复中的临床效果较好，可以加快患者术后创面的愈合时间，减少阴道流液和阴道血流量，缩短持续时间。

Clinical application of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel in wound repair after cervical LEEP

ABSTRACT Objective： To observe the effect of the clinical application of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel in the wound repair after cervical LEEP. Methods： Seventy-eight patients with ectopic cervical columnar epithelium were selected and divided into a study group （n=39） and a control group （n=39） based on the method of random number table. After LEEP， the control group was given Yunnan Baiyao smear treatment， and the study group was given recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel smear treatment. The wound healing time and the vaginal fluid， blood flow and their duration were compared between the two groups. Results： The wound healing time and the duration were shorter and the volume of vaginal fluid and the blood flow was less in the study group than the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical application of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel in the wound repair after cervical LEEP has good effectiveness， can accelerate the healing time of postoperative wounds， reduce the volume of vaginal fluid and blood flow and shorten the duration.

超高频电波刀手术（loop electrosurgical excision procedure，LEEP）对宫颈疾病有着很好的治疗效果，但行宫颈LEEP术后，患者创面修复需较长时间[1]。重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bovine alkaline fibroblast growth factor，BFGF）凝胶对人体的内外胚层细胞有着较强的修复作用，能够促进细胞的再生[2]。有研究显示[3]，重组BFGF凝胶能够加速LEEP治疗的创面愈合，提高治疗效果。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2018年1月—2020年1月抚州市第一人民医院收治的78例宫颈柱状上皮异位患者，按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各39例。其中研究组年龄27～63岁，平均年龄（41.2±2.2）岁，病程0.5～5年，平均病程（1.2±0.2）年；对照组年龄25～67岁，平均年龄（52.7±2.1）岁，病程0.5～4.7年，平均病程（1.3±0.3）年。两组患者一般资料比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具可比性。本研究获医院伦理委员会批准。

1.2 纳入和排除标准

纳入标准：①患者知情同意并签署知情同意书；②符合LEEP适应证。

排除标准：①不符合LEEP指证者；②合并严重的代谢障碍性疾病者。
