摘    要：为全面了解渭南市果蔬产业标准化现状，受陕西省果蔬标准化技术委员会的委托，对新型农业经营主体以及地方标准制（修）订、执行等方面的情况进行了归纳总结和分析研究。结果显示，新型果蔬经营主体的标准化程度有所提高，从业人员的标准化意识有所增强，绿色和有机认证产品的数量逐渐增多，但仍存在无标可依等一些不利于标准化产业经营主体发展的问题。针对以上问题提出了相关发展建议，对果蔬产业标准化发展具有重要指导意义。

Present situation of fruit and vegetable operators in Weinan city and suggestions for the development of industrial standardization

Abstract： In order to fully understand the present situation of the standardization of the fruit and vegetable industry in Weinan City， the new agricultural business entities and local standard system （revision） and implementation were investigated in this study. The results showed that the standardization degree of new fruit and vegetable business entities was increased， the standardization awareness of employees was increased， and the number of green and organic certified products was gradually increased， but there were still some unfavorable standards that were not conducive to the development of standardized industry business entities. In view of the above problems， relevant development suggestions were put forward， which has important guiding significance for the development of standardization of the fruit and vegetable industry.

為全面了解渭南市果蔬产业标准化现状，掌握地方标准制（修）订情况，以及新型农业经营主体等方面的情况，进一步推动果蔬产业标准化进程，发挥标准化在产业发展中的示范引领带动作[1]，加快实施农业乡村振兴战略进程，大力发展特色农业和优势农产品，推动农业产业化[2]，助力脱贫攻坚，根据果蔬产业发展需要，受陕西省果蔬标准化技术委员会委托，对渭南市多家新型果蔬产业经营主体在标准化方面开展的工作进行了相关调研，具体内容如下：

1 渭南市果蔬产业背景及现状

渭南市地处陕西关中平原东部，属暖温带半湿润半干旱季风气候，四季分明，光照充足，雨量适宜[3]。无霜期199～255 d，年均气温12～14 ℃，年降水量600 mm左右，年日照时数2200～2500 h[4]。……
