摘  要：该文聚焦常态化疫情防控形势下大学生思想政治教育面临的挑战，以高校辅导员的角度对开展大学生思想政治教育的着力点进行了探究，在坚持“以学生发展为中心”“以立德树人为根本”的基础上，提出了构建常态化疫情防控形势下高校辅导员开展大学生思想政治教育的方法，从而有利于高校辅导员更好地针对大学生特点开展思想政治教育工作，落实立德树人的根本任务。

On the Methods of College Counselors' Ideological and Political Education under the Situation of Normalized Epidemic Prevention and Control

Abstract： Focusing on the challenges faced by college students' ideological and political education under the situation of normalized epidemic prevention and control， this paper explores the focus of carrying out college students' ideological and political education from the perspective of college counselors. On the basis of adhering to the principle of "student centered development" and "moral education as the foundation"， it puts forward the construction of college counselors' ideological and political education under the situation of normalized epidemic prevention and control. Therefore， it is beneficial for college counselors to better carry out ideological and political education according to the characteristics of college students and implement the fundamental task of moral education.

随着我国新冠肺炎疫情防控形势持续向好，大學生返校集中学习生活，高校的各项工作也步入了全面启动的常态化疫情防控局面。在经历了全民抗疫情的关键期后，大学生的思想动态呈现出了一些新特点，思想政治教育的着力点也发生了新的变化，这是开展大学生思想政治教育工作面临的挑战。高校辅导员作为开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量，进一步深化大学生思想政治教育工作，引导大学生正确认识当下国内外的形势发展和矛盾问题，明确自身社会责任，是当前思想政治教育工作重点。

1  常态化疫情防控形势下大学生思想政治教育面临的挑战

目前，我国疫情防控取得重大战略成果，统筹推进疫情防控和经济社会发展工作取得积极成效，但疫情在世界范围内的影响仍在不断蔓延，国际贸易摩擦加剧，中美关系在疫情影响下日趋激化，西方某些政客借疫情来攻击中国政府、抹黑中国形象、抵制中国发展[1]，此情况可能会对大学生的政治立场、思想认识和价值取向产生不良影响。……
