摘  要：初中生物学科是强调开展实验的一门自然学科，在初中生物实验中所涉及到的内容较多，且所具备的要求也较多，在进行生物实验的过程中，不乏会产生实验失败的现象。在此情况下，究竟以何种方式引导初中生在实验过程中勇于面对挫折，则成为当前初中生物实验教学中的一项难点内容。因此，该文就初中生物实验教学中的挫折教育进行细致的分析和探讨，以推动相关工作的有效进行。

Frustration Education in Junior Middle School Biology Experiment Teaching

Absrtact： Junior high school biology is a natural subject that emphasizes on experiment. There are many contents and requirements involved in junior high school biology experiment. In the process of biological experiment， there are many phenomena of experiment failure. In this case， how to guide junior high school students to face setbacks in the process of experiment is appropriate Therefore， this paper makes a detailed analysis and discussion on frustration education in junior middle school biological experiment teaching， in order to promote the effective implementation of related work.

伴随教育改革的越发深入，在生物实验教学之中，越发要求学生自主动手进行实验操作，但在开展实验的过程之中，由于学生的实验水平以及基础知识掌握方面还不够充分及扎实，因而难以确保生物实验能够绝对成功。在此情况之下，积极开展初中生物实验教学中的挫折教育则显得尤为关键，如能够成功开展挫折教育，对于学生日后的发展那么也能够产生正向的影响。

1  挫折的定义及挫折教育的意义

挫折主要指的是在个体有目的地进行活动时遇到干扰或是阻碍，使得动机难以获得满足时而出现的情绪反应，通俗来讲，则是指人们在现实生活之中所遇到的困难，或是未能成功做好某件事。但受到挫折之后，不同人则有着不同的反应，有的人则会产生冲动、否认以及逃避等方面的行为，而有些人则能够通过快速反思来调整自身的心态。……
