摘  要：改革开放40多年来，伴随着浙江省经济腾飞，公路隧道建设迅猛发展，在公路网络发展中发挥了极其重要作用。该文结合浙江省公路隧道典型工程，回顾总结了近年来浙江省公路隧道科技平台建设及科技研究成果。面向浙江省交通强省建设，有针对性地提出了浙江省在公路隧道领域科技创新的未来发展方向，为日后开展公路隧道科技创新及应用提供一定参考依据。

Technological Innovation and Development Prospects of Highway Tunnel in Zhejiang Province

Abstract： Over the past 40 years of reform and opening-up， along with the economic boom in Zhejiang Province， the rapid development of highway tunnel construction has played an extremely important role in the development of the highway network. Combined with the typical projects of highway tunnels in Zhejiang Province， this paper reviews and summarizes the scientific and technological platform construction and scientific research achievements of highway tunnels in Zhejiang Province in recent years. Facing the construction of building provincial strength in transportation in Zhejiang Province， the future development suggestions of Zhejiang Province's technological innovation in the field of highway tunnels is pointed out， which provide a certain reference for the future development of technological innovation and application of highway tunnels.

浙江山地和丘陵占74.63%，平坦地占20.32%，河流和湖泊占5.05%，耕地面积仅208.17万hm2，故有“七山一水二分田”之说。浙江地形自西南向东北呈阶梯状倾斜，东北部是低平的冲积平原，东部以丘陵和沿海平原为主，中部以丘陵和盆地为主，西南以山地和丘陵为主。大致可分为浙北平原、浙西南的丘陵和盆地，浙东南的沿海平原及滨海岛屿等6个地形区。

改革开放40多年来，伴随着浙江省经济的迅速腾飞，浙江省交通设施建设也在迅猛发展，公路隧道在浙江省的群山和江河湖海间不断延伸，在公路网络发展中发挥了极其重要的作用。截至2019年底，作为隧道大省的浙江已共建成公路隧道1 989座，隧道通车里程1 471.5 km，公路隧道数量和里程分别位居全国第一和第三。据统计，目前省内已建及在建的长度超过6 km的特长公路隧道有7座，超过3 km的特长隧道数10座。目前运营的最长公路隧道是诸永高速的括苍山隧道，长7.9 km;未通车运营的最长公路隧道是位于杭绍台高速的大盤山隧道，长8.6 km;省内断面最大的公路隧道为将军山隧道，总跨度16.8 m。……
