摘  要：目的  对政务信息资源价值测度评价指标权重。方法  采用层次分析法确定政务信息资源价值测度指标权重。结果  咨询专家对政务信息资源价值测度体系进行构建，构建了8个一级指标和20个二级指标，并用层次分析法对这些直播奥进行权重赋值，得出“内容准确性”指标所占权重最高，“形式标准化”其次。结论  初步确定了网络健康信息评价指标体系及指标权重，对我国的政府信息测度评价有一定的指导作用。

The Application of AHP in the Weight of Government Information Resources Value Measurement Index System

Abstract： Objective  To evaluate the weight of government information resources value measurement index. Methods  AHP was used to determine the weight of government information resources value measurement index. Results  Consulting experts constructed the value measurement system of government information resources， constructed 8 first level indicators and 20 second level indicators， and used the analytic hierarchy process to assign the weight of these indicators. It was concluded that the weight of "content accuracy" index was the highest， followed by "form standardization". Conclusion  The network health information evaluation index system and index weight are preliminarily determined， which has a certain guiding role for the value measurement and evaluation of government information resources in China.

在信息时代和知识经济时代，政务信息资源在经济、政治、文化等方面发挥着重要作用，对政务信息资源价值测度进行探索，有助于深化政务信息资源的开发和利用。政务信息资源对政府、企业和公众都具有重要的作用，因此对政务信息资源进行研究具有重要的现实意义，如何对信息资源和政务信息资源的价值进行有效测度是学术界关注的热点问题。

1  研究对象与方法

1.1 研究对象

政务信息资源价值测度体系。根据研究目的聘请企业工作人员、政务机关公务员、事业单位工作人员和高校教师组成的专家团，主要领域主要包括网站设计、科学评价、政务信息资源管理领域等。选择专家标准：（1）具有丰富的工作经验，经常使用政府网站;（2）熟悉政府网站的结构与使用;（3）能对问卷调查进行积极的配合[1]。

1.2 方法引入
