摘  要：少儿图书选择是公共图书馆采访工作中非常重要的基础性业务工作，其不同于公共图书馆一般的图书选择要求，具有相对的特殊性和更严格的要求。但在现实的少儿图书采访工作中，图书的选择仍是一个相对薄弱的环节，至今并无规范化的选择依据和标准。该文从我国少儿图书出版市场的现状和公共图书馆少儿阅读服务的特点入手，分析图书采访中存在的问题，阐明少儿类图书选择规范化的重要性和建立少儿图书选择标准的必要性，提出了图书选择标准确立的依据和选择策略，具有一定的实践指导意义和研究价值。

The Basis and Selection Strategy of Children's Books Selection Standard in Public Libraries

Abstract： Children's book selection is a very important basic work in the library acquisition work， which is different from the general book selection requirements of public libraries and has relative particularity and stricter requirements. However， in the actual work of children's book acquisition， the selection of books is still a relatively weak link， so far there is no standardized basis for selection and standards. Starting from the present situation of the children's book publishing market in china and the characteristics of children's reading service in public libraries， this paper analyzes the problems existing in book acquisition， this paper expounds the importance of the standardization of the selection of children's books and the necessity of establishing the selection standard of children's books. At the same time， this paper puts forward the basis and selection strategy for establishing the book selection standard， which has certain practical guiding significance and research value.

馆藏文献资源是公共图书馆最具特色的基础资源，馆藏资源建设是图书馆基础性业务。少儿图书是公共图书馆为开展未成年人阅读服务而专门采访到馆的印刷型文献资源，其目前仍是图书馆开展少儿阅读服务的主要资源[1]。而相对繁荣的少儿读物出版市场和全民阅读中未成年人阅读服务的要求，少儿文献资源的采访组织仍存在着不相适应的问题，主要表现在图书的选择方面尚缺乏一定的规范要求。因此，建立起一套科学的、操作性较强的、规范性的选择标准，十分有必要。

1  少儿读物出版市场基本现状

1.1 保持高速增长态势

全国专业的少儿出版社有30余家，并且在此基础上专门成立有少儿出版联盟组织，其成员单位有百余家出版机构;全国576家出版社中正在出版少儿类图书的就有521家，超过总数的90%。……
