摘  要：地方综合性院校研究生思想政治教育是高校研究生培养过程中的一项重要内容，新时期背景下，做好地方高校研究生思想教育工作是培养高质量人才成长与发展的重要工作，对国家建设发展有深远影响。基于此，该文阐述了地方高校研究生思想政治教育工作的重要性，并分析了当前地方高校本科生与研究生思想政治教育衔接现状，提出了做好地方高校本科生与研究生思想政治教育衔接的有效对策，以期优化与改革地方高校研究生思想政治教育。

Analysis on the Connection of Ideological and Political Education between Undergraduate and Graduate Students in local

Comprehensive Colleges and universities

Abstract： The ideological and political education of graduate students in local comprehensive colleges and universities is an important content in the training process of graduate students in colleges and universities. Under the background of the new era， doing the ideological education of graduate students in local colleges and universities well is an important work for the growth and development of high-quality talents， and has far-reaching influence on the national construction and development. Based on this， this paper expounds the importance of local university graduate student ideological and political education work， and analyzes the current local linkup of undergraduate and graduate students ideological and political education in colleges and universities， puts forward for local college undergraduate and graduate students ideological and political education to connect the effective countermeasure， optimize and reform the local colleges and universities graduate student thought political education.

2019年3月18日，習近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上发表重要讲话：“青少年是祖国的未来、民族的希望。我们党立志于中华民族千秋伟业，必须培养一代又一代拥护中国共产党领导和我国社会主义制度、立志为中国特色社会主义事业奋斗终身的有用人才。在这个根本问题上，必须旗帜鲜明、毫不含糊。这就要求我们把下一代教育好、培养好，从学校抓起、从娃娃抓起。在大中小学循序渐进、螺旋上升地开设思想政治理论课非常必要，是培养一代又一代社会主义建设者和接班人的重要保障。”

自改革开放以来，我国在高等教育方面经历了一系列的发展与变革，高校研究生教育工作也迈入了新的阶段。当前高校研究生思想政治教育尚存在诸多问题，如育人主体合力发挥不够积极、简单延续本科生思想政治教育模式、学校重视程度有待提高等。……
