基于1+X证书制度下高职机电一体化课程建设

摘 要:2019年,国务院、教育部印发了《国家职业教育改革实施方案》和《关于做好首批1+X证书制度试点工作的通知》,这是关于以高职学校为主的“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度试点工作,简称1+X证书。该文以机电一体化技术专业为例,通过对实施1+X课程建设的必要性,梳理针对机电一体化专业相关证书的标准,提出几点关于高职机电一体化专业课程建设的建议,以供高职院校机电一体化专业参考,进一步促进我国高职人才课程建设,培养出更多符合企业发展的多技能人才。

The course construction of mechatronics in higher vocational colleges based on 1+X certificate system

Abstract: In 2019, The State Council and the Ministry of Education issued the Implementation Plan of The National Vocational Education Reform and the Notice on the First batch of pilot work of 1+X Certificate system, which is about the pilot work of "educational qualification certificate + several vocational skill level certificates" system dominated by higher vocational schools, referred to as 1+X certificate. Based on mechatronics technology as an example, through the implementation of 1+X curriculum construction, the necessity of combing related certificate for mechanical and electrical integration professional standards, puts forward some suggestions for higher vocational electromechanical integration professional curriculum construction, to provide the reference for the higher vocational college of mechanical and electronic integration, further promote the construction of our country higher vocational courses, training more conform to the development of the enterprise more skilled personnel.

隨着我国制造业的不断发展和改革,制造企业对技术人才的要求也在不断提高,为了鼓励高职院校学生能够在获得相关学历证书的基础上进一步提高个人技能,以获取更多的就业创业机会,国家推出1+X证书制度,这对提高高职院校技术技能复合型人才具有重要的意义。高职院校需要在人才培养方案和课程体系建设方面进行不断优化,以适应现代社会对人才的需求。
1 高职机电一体化课程建设的必要性
对于现在的制造企业来讲,对技术技能人才提出了更高的要求[1]。企业制造业不仅要求技术工人在机械操作方面有一定的能力,同时由于智能装备的引进,企业制造业还要求技术工人对数字编程、机电一体化设备的调试保养等方面具备一定的知识;另外,不仅仅是对单个机器的运用,还需要技术工人对整个生产线甚至整个生产系统的设备运行和维护方面能够熟练操作。……
