摘  要：在国家经济发展过程中，制造业发挥着重要的作用，关系到我国工业发展水平，保障制造业加工技术的先进性，可以促进国家经济可持续发展。航空工业对于设备运行性能提出较高的要求，为了保障航空工业机械加工的精度，需要严格要求机械加工工作，为了满足产品质量要求，需要提高机械产品的加工精度，但是当前我国一些航空产品还无法满足实际要求，因此影响到我国航空工业的可持续发展。该文结合航空工业机械加工的现状，提出技术改造措施，提升航空工业机械加工水平，保障航空产品质量。

Thinking and Research on the Technical Transformation of Mechanical Processing in Aviation Industry

Abstract： In the process of national economic development， the manufacturing industry plays an important role， related to the level of industrial development in China， to ensure the advanced manufacturing processing technology， can promote the sustainable development of the national economy. Aviation industry for equipment operation performance put forward higher requirements， in order to ensure the degree of landscape， aviation industry mechanical processing needs to be strict with mechanical processing， in order to meet the requirements of the quality of the product， need to improve the machining precision of the mechanical products， but the current our country some aviation products still cannot meet the actual requirements， thus affect the sustainable development of the aviation industry in our country. In this paper， combining with the current situation of aviation industry machining， technical reform measures are put forward to improve the level of aviation industry machining and ensure the quality of aviation products.

航空工业代表着国家综合国力，因此我国需要加大力度发展航空工业。在机械加工过程中，数控设备具有较高的生产精度和生产效率，因此，在航空制造厂中被广泛利用。在航空工业中利用数控产品，有利于优化企业产业结构，保障生产管理效果，再加上航空工业严格要求机械零部件加工精度和表面质量，因此需要利用数控机床设备完成加工工作，实现航空工业机械加工的技术改造。

1  概述航空工业机械加工技术的现状

為了促进航空工业可持续发展，航空企业需要严格要求机械零件加工工艺和加工尺寸等，在航空工业中需要推广利用精加工设备。我国逐渐实现航空工业零部件国产化，为了满足机械设备制造需求，在航空工业中不断引入数控加工设备，通过合理利用这些设备，提高航空零件尺寸的精度，同时可以提高整体生产质量，促进我国航空工业发展[1]。……
