摘 要：随着现代科学技术的发展，汽车生产制造技术也日新月异，而汽车装配自动化技术的不断更新和优化，让大多数汽车生产厂商在进行汽车风挡玻璃组装的过程中都选择机器人涂胶系统来取代传统人工涂胶作业模式，如此一来不但降低了人工成本，也为生产质量和效率提升带来了保证。本文结合笔者实际工作研究，探讨了机器人涂胶系统的常见问题及其维护技术。

Analysis of Common Problems and Maintenance Technology of Robot Gluing System

Abstract：With the development of modern science and technology， automobile manufacturing technology is also changing with each passing day， and the continuous update and optimization of automobile assembly automation technology has made most automobile manufacturers choose robot gluing systems in the process of automobile windshield glass assembly. Replacing the traditional manual gluing operation mode， this new mode not only reduces labor costs， but also guarantees the improvement of production quality and efficiency. In this paper， combined with the author's actual work research， the common problems of the robot glue system and its maintenance technology are discussed.

1 引言

現阶段，汽车生产制造技术日益更新，各类工业机器人更加普遍地运用到汽车生产的焊接、喷漆、涂胶以及装配等环节中。而随着汽车规模化生产制造水平的不断提高，国内越来越多汽车生产厂商也开始将机器人自动涂胶系统应用到汽车前后风挡玻璃密封胶的涂布作业环节中来，进一步优化了生产效率，提升了涂胶作业质量，同时取代了过去人工涂胶可能出现的误差，为汽车生产厂商经济效益的提高带来了有力支撑。

2 机器人涂胶系统组成

机器人自动涂胶系统通常来说包含了机器人系统、供胶系统、夹具系统、控制系统和其他附属装置。一是机器人系统，该系统涉及到机器人操作机、XRC控制柜、示教编程器以及变压器等部件，主要负责对汽车前后左右风挡玻璃胶进行涂布;二是供胶系统，该系统主要包含了胶泵系统、胶计量与过压保护系统以及温度控制系统所构成，通常来说负责准确……
